Please join us in remembering PAPD K-9 Cedo, a retired narcotics detection canine who served the department for 12 years.

On August 3, Cedo was put to rest due to old age and accompanying health issues. Our thoughts are with Officer Frank Aresta, who had partnered with Cedo since April 2008. Together, they were assigned to a Drug Enforcement Administration Regional Task Force, where their successes are legendary. The duo’s achievements included countless drug busts and $38 million in recoveries.
