Theodore David Kleiner July 12, 1948 - April 17, 2020 Obituary Theodore David Kleiner, Architect, passed away April 17, 2020. Early in his career worked to help forge the Port Authority’s involvement in Waterfront Development. After leading work on Queens West, he later moved to Aviation where he spent the remainder of his career before retiring and continuing aviation relating planning as a partner in a major A & E firm.
