Obituary

Michael S. Hansen was taken from us to a more peaceful place yesterday morning at 6:15am. The victim of the ravages of Alzheimer's disease complications.

To all of his friends of over 30 years with the crew at JFK Airport maintenance, I ask that you remember him by sharing good memories of a very special man. He shared a lot of life with all of you. In this current world of isolation and separation I am prevented from creating a more traditional gathering to remember and mourn so I am asking each of you to always speak of him with kindness, love, respect and good humor.

He laughed with you and was united with you all the tragedies you all know too well. His 59th birthday is on April 27 and I ask each of you to light a birthday candle in his honor and wish him a heavenly happy birthday this year. Thank you. With sincere gratitude for all his years, Patty Hansen.
