Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that the family of William Vincent White, 73, of Sunset Beach, North Carolina, announce his passing away on November 8, 2019.

William was born in Jersey City, NJ, and resided in Jersey City, Bayonne, Ramsey, Maywood, New Jersey and Sunset Beach, North Carolina since 2003. William was a highly decorated Detective for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for 30 years.

During his career, he worked on the Organized Crime Task Force and the Joint Terrorism Task Force after the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. He retired in 1998.

He was pre-deceased by his parents Ruth (Nee:Feehan) and James White. Loving Husband of Halcyon (Nee:Lentkowski). Beloved Father of James and his Wife Niccole, and Kevin and his Wife Ellen. Devoted Grandfather of Joseph, Nicholas and Madison. He is also survived by a countless number of Dear Cousins.

Relatives and Friends may attend a Memorial Gathering {with cremains present} on Monday, November 18, 2019 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM at the G. Keenen O'Brien Funeral Home, 984 Avenue C, Bayonne, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Tuesday, November 19th at 10 AM at St. Vincent's Church. Interment to follow, Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
