Stephen J. Donnelly October 31, 2019 Obituary Stephen J. Donnelly, age 67, of Estero, FL passed away on October 31, 2019 in Naples, FL, after a short but courageous battle with lung Cancer. Stephan joined the Port Authority in 1975 and retired as Detective in January, 1995. Stephen is survived by his wife, Debbie Casazza-Donnelly, a brother, 5 children and 11 grandchildren. As per the wishes of the deceased, no service was held.
