Matthew G. Smith, age 73, of Brooklyn passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2018. Beloved husband of Elaine Costello. Loving father of Brian, Elaine, James, John and Nicholas. Cherished grandfather of Kimberly, Kyle, Kayla, Nicholas, Sophia and Jessica.

Reposing Wednesday, February 7, 2018 from 2pm to 5pm and 7pm to 9 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:45 AM on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at St. Edmund R.C. Church, 2460 Ocean Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.

Burial to follow at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale.
