John J. Reinke, Sr. March 26, 2017 Obituary Reinke, Sr., John J., 82, died on Sunday, March 26, 2017. Mr. Reinke was born in Jersey City, and has lived in Secaucus for 57 years. John was a Police Officer with PAPD for 38 years, retiring as a Police Captain in 1997. After he retired, he worked as a NJSIAA Official for Track & Field. John is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Edith Reinke (nee Lorenz), loving father of five and dear grandfather of six.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the
visitation on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at Nazare
Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst from
4:00pm - 8:00pm. All will gather at the funeral home
Friday, March 31, 2017 at 10:00am then to Sacred Heart
Church, Lyndhurst where at 11:00am a Funeral Mass will
be offered. Cremation will be private.
