Stephen J. Lowe, 58 - Loving brother and uncle
Stephen J. Lowe, 58, passed away on Nov. 6, 2016, with his loving family at his side.  His life will be celebrated on Nov. 12 at the Roman Catholic Church of Saint Teresa of the Infant Jesus at 10:45 a.m. Arrangements were by Harmon Funeral Home.

After graduating from Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, St. Benedicta, and Wagner High School, he served in the U.S. Navy. Born and raised in West Brighton, he worked as a Tunnel and Bridges Agent for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for 32 years. In 2010, he retired from his last assignment at the Goethals Bridge.

Stephen was involved in his community and served as vice president of his co-op association. Stephen loved boating, fishing, and sports, always cheering on his Yankees and Giants. He was honest and kind. His genuine smile and humble manner will be greatly missed by all.

Predeceased by his parents, Ernest and Catherine Lowe, and nephew, Edward J. Lowe, Stephen is survived by his four older siblings and their spouses: Maureen and Daniel Driscoll, Patricia and Kenneth Mathieson, Edward and Kathleen Lowe, and Catherine and Thomas King.
