Obituary

WEST WINDSOR - MARVIN KIRSHNER passed away Thursday, September 1, 2016, at the Medical Center of Princeton in Plainsboro. He was 85.

Born in the Bronx, NY, he resided in Battery Park City, NY, and Monroeville, PA, before moving to West Windsor in 2000.

He obtained a Bachelors and Masters from City College, NY, an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University.

Prior to his retirement in 2004, he was the Chief Environmental Engineer for Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, where he worked for 18 years.

Mr. Kirshner is survived by his wife of 63 years, Beverly Cadoff Kirshner; a son, Arthur Kirshner and his wife, Deborah, of Georgia; 2 daughters, Shari Llona and her husband, Joe, of Lynnwood, WA, and Sheila Fash and her husband, Jon, of Newtown, PA; and 4 grandchildren, Melanie (Ryan) Ewing, Jeremy Fash, Jordan Fash and Jesse Llona.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 4th, 11:45 AM, at MOUNT SINAI MEMORIAL CHAPELS, Cranbury Road at Evergreen Boulevard, East Brunswick, followed by entombment at Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge.
