Obituary

Derwood ‘Rud’ Hall, 86, of Atlantic Highlands passed away March 29th.

He was an Executive with the Port Authority of N.Y. & N.J. for 33 years in charge of all the N.J. & N.Y. piers.

Rud is predeceased by his beloved wife Marjorie Anna (nee: Sohl) in 1999. He is survived by his loving daughters and son in laws, Nancy Hall Greenleaf and Alan and Sharon Rarig and Harry. Also surviving are his dear grandchildren; Paul, Taylor and his wife Melanie, Matthew, Luke and his wife Aubrey, Maggie and Kaylee Greenleaf, Abby, Jessie and Ethan Rarig and great grandchildren Zachary, Karston and Xavier Greenleaf. One brother, Ellsworth also survives.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Lincroft Bible Church 790 Newman Springs Road Lincroft, NJ 07738 on Saturday, May 21st at TBA am. Interment will be private.
