John Tulko

Obituary

John J. Tulko, 69, of Old Bridge passed away suddenly on Saturday, October 24, 2015.  Born in Jersey City, N.J. March 25, 1946 to Frances and Stanley Tulko, he attended schools there, before moving to Sayreville in 1965. He served in the U.S. Army from 1965 to 1969.

He was a Construction Engineer for the Port Authority of NY and NJ since 1969.

He married his loving wife Nancy Tulko on December 27, 1969 and resided in Old Bridge for 45 years. John was a dedicated member of the Madison Park Volunteer Fire Company of Old Bridge for over 30 years.

He was predeceased by his parents Frances and Stanley and his sister Carolyn Tulko Brach.
He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy and two sons John Jr. of Bricktown and Richard and his wife Kristin of Old Bridge, along with three grandchildren Katherine Marie, Colin John, and Garrett Edward. He is also survived by his three brothers-in-law Louis Brach, Robert Coleman, Michael Coleman and his wife Luan and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He will be sorely missed by all.

John truly enjoyed all his friends at the Jersey Shore in Avon and Belmar for many years.

Visitation will be on Thursday, October 29 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at the Reilly Bonner Funeral Home, 801 D Street, Belmar NJ. Committal will be held privately. For further information or to send condolences to the family, please visit reillybonnerfuneralhome
