January 13, 2015 Obituary Theodore John Higgins Jr. Services are on Saturday Theodore John Higgins Jr. passed away at the age of 95, on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2015, in New Providence, N.J. He was surrounded by loved ones. A memorial service will be held at Wilson Memorial Union Church in Watchung, N.J., at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015. Visitation will be on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Valley Memorial Funeral Home, 1012 Valley Rd., Gillette, N.J. 07933.
