
						Jim Kozo (1941 - 2014)
                        AGE: 72 • Edison
                        
                        
James Joseph Kozo, III of Edison died on Thursday, July 
                        17, 2014 at JFK Medical Center in Edison.
                        
                        Born in Perth Amboy, he resided in Avenel for 15 years 
                        before moving to Edison in 1985. 
                        Jim was a graduate of Rutgers University. He was a 
                        Licensed Land Surveyor for the Port Authority of NY and 
                        NJ for 24 years before his retirement. He served in the 
                        US Army. He was a member of the First Presbyterian 
                        Church of Metuchen, where he was a deacon and choir 
                        member. He was a volunteer at the 911 Memorial in NYC.
                        
                        He was predeceased by a daughter Karen in 1976.
                        
                        He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Susan Kozo; a 
                        son, David Kozo and his wife, Caitlin Mollison, of 
                        Metuchen; a sister, Carol Krauss and her husband John of 
                        Manchester; two adoring and loved grandchildren, Ethan 
                        and Abigail Kozo. He is also survived by many beloved 
                        friends.
                        
                        Visitation is Sunday, July 20, 2014 from 1-3PM & 6-8PM 
                        at the Costello-Runyon Funeral Home 568 Middlesex Ave. (RT. 
                        27) Metuchen.
                        
                        A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, July 21, 2014 
                        at 11am at The First Presbyterian Church of Metuchen, 
                        270 Woodbridge Ave. Interment will be private.
                        
                        In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the 
                        First Presbyterian Church Deacon Fund, PO Box 385, 
                        Metuchen, NJ 08840.
