						Obituary
						
						
						
						Kenneth Hunt, 85, of Palm City, FL, passed away June 16, 
						2014 at the Treasure Coast Hospice, Harper House, 
						Stuart, FL. He was born in New York, NY and had been a 
						resident of Palm City, FL after relocating from 
						Whitehouse Station, NJ.
						
						
						
During 
						the Korean War he served in the US Navy aboard the 
						aircraft carrier USS Franklin D. Roosevelt. He was a 
						member of the American Legion Post in Stuart. 
						Ken was the ultimate family man putting his family ahead 
						of all else. 
						
						
						
						He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Janet Hunt, nee 
						Albers. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his 
						daughter, Debra who is the proverbially “Daddy’s Girl” 
						and her husband, the son he never had, Guy Johnstone. 
						The light of his life is his granddaughter Alyssa 
						Johnstone who he spent countless hours with during her 
						formative years and he was instrumental in developing 
						her into the person she is today. He is also survived by 
						a brother, Edward Hunt of Denville, NJ. He was preceded 
						in death by his brothers, Bill, Walter and Bobby Hunt.
						
						A funeral Service will be held, 1:00 PM, Wednesday, June 
						18th 2014 at
						
						Forest Hills Funeral Home, 
						Palm City Chapel.
						
						Entombment will follow immediately in Forest Hills 
						Memorial Park, Palm City.
