Her friends at the Port Authority were saddened to learn of the passing of Catherine Milligan on Saturday, June 8, 2013. Ms. Milligan is survived by her husband, Stanley; daughters, Kalisa, Kendra and Stacey; and son Gregory.

Ms. Milligan joined the Port Authority on January 7, 1991. At the time of her death, she held the position of Executive Secretary in the Director’s Office of the Port Commerce Department.

Friends will be received at St. Michael’s Methodist Church, 37 Virginia Avenue, Jersey City, NJ on Friday, June 14 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will immediately follow at 7:00 p.m.

A private burial will be held on Saturday, June 15.
