
						Robert N. Dubovich 
						(1924 - 2012) 
						
						Robert N. Dubovich, age 88, of Forked River, NJ, 
						died on December 18th, 2012. Born in West New York, NJ, 
						he lived in Little Ferry before moving to Forked River 
						in 1998. Robert was a United States Navy Veteran serving 
						during World War II in the South Pacific. For 36 years, 
						he worked for the Port Authority of New York and New 
						Jersey. He was a member of the American Legion Post 310 
						of Little Ferry for over 50 years, where he served as 
						Post Commander multiple times. In 1999, Robert joined 
						the Old Guard of Forked River, Chapter #19. 
						
						Robert is predeceased by his brother, Leon Parietti. 
						Surviving is his beloved wife of 60 years, Dorothy A. 
						(nee Sasoonian). Robert was a devoted father to his 
						children, Dawn Marie and her husband, Ken Riccio of 
						Elmwood Park, Robert John of Woodcliff Lake, and Dale 
						Ann and her companion Pedro Garcia, both of Alicante, 
						Spain. Also surviving are his brothers, Ronnie Parietti 
						and sister-in-law Ginger, Henry Parietti and 
						sister-in-law Mary Ann, sister-in-law Marguerite 
						Parietti and many nieces and nephews. 
						
						A Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 3rd, 2013 
						from 4 pm until the time of service at 5:00 pm at the 
						Riggs Funeral Home, 130 North Rt. 9, Forked River, NJ 
						08731. In lieu of flowers please make donations in Mr. 
						Dubovich's memory to the American Legion Post 310, 100 
						Liberty Street, Little Ferry, NJ 07643
