JOSEPH BELLIA JOSEPH BELLIA BAYONNE Joseph 'Giuseppe' Bellia, 94, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 15th, at the Bayonne Medical Center. Joseph was born in Caltanisetta, Sicily, Italy, and has lived in Bayonne for many years. He worked as a track man for the Port Authority Path in Jersey City for over eighteen years before retiring many years ago. Joseph was the beloved husband of the late Giuseppa (nee: Scimone), and is survived by his loving children Louis and his wife Maureen, Bob and his wife Donna and Rosina Bunin and her husband Howie; and also survived by a host of cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by his parents Joseph and Josephine Bellia.
Visitation will
be held Monday, May 21st, from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. at
the Migliaccio Funeral Home. A Mass will be offered
on Tuesday, May 22nd at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary, Star
of the Sea Church, Bayonne, followed by entombment
at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington.
