Ryan M. Podolak, 29 of Pt. Pleasant died Thursday December 29, 2011 at Kimball Medical Center, Lakewood. He was born in Elizabeth, NJ and lived in Pt. Pleasant his entire life. Ryan was a member of St. Martha's Church, Pt. Pleasant. He was a graduate of Monsignor Donovan and Hawaii Pacific University where he received a degree in business. He was a member of the N.J. Surf Rider Foundation, he loved surfing, golfing, fishing and boating. Ryan was a volunteer for the Special Olympics for many years

Surviving are his parents Michael and his mother Corinne of Pt. Pleasant, his brother Christopher of California; his maternal grandmother Gerardna Lennon, Pt. Pleasant. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Colonial Funeral Home, 2170 Hwy. 88, Brick. A funeral mass will be held Tuesday 11: 00 am at St. Martha's Church, Pt. Pleasant. Cremation will be private.
