Worked many years with this wonderful man called Joe Hannon writing rescue manuals for the Port Authority's airports.JFK,LGA & ERW. Kind, considerate, modest and a professional. The Port Authority knew how to select the best in those years. Joe helped make airport rescue operations a life saving possibility. Thousands have and will benefit because of his work.
