						Kozak Desmond
						
						Jacqueline A. Kozak Desmond, 63, of the Morgan 
						section of Sayreville died Monday, April 4, 2011 at 
						Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy. Born in South 
						Amboy, she lived in Fords, moving to South Amboy at age 
						13 and then to Morgan 37 years ago. She was a member of 
						St. Mary's R.C. Church, South Amboy. 
						
						Daughter of the late John and Margaret Tice Kozak, she 
						is survived by her husband, William; 2 sons, Robert 
						Desmond and his wife, Kathy of Hopelawn and Keith 
						Desmond of Morgan; a brother, John Kozak of Forked 
						River; 3 sisters, Joyce Cornelius and Geraldine Frazee, 
						both of Forked River and Louann Martin of Whiting and 3 
						grandchildren, Ryan, Kristina and Rebecca.
						
						A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on 
						Saturday April 9, 2011 at 9:30am at St. Mary's Church, 
						South Amboy. Arrangements are under the direction of The 
						Gundrum Service "Home For Funerals" 237 Bordentown 
						Avenue, South Amboy.
