
						David Joseph Morris
						
						David Joseph Morris of Basking Ridge, N.J., passed away 
						on Oct. 15, 2010, at home. He was 80 years old. 
						Visitation will be held on Monday, Oct. 18, 2010, from 6 
						to 9 p.m. in the narthex of St. James Church, 184 S. 
						Finley Ave., Basking Ridge, N.J. 07920. A Funeral 
						Liturgy will be celebrated on Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2010, at 
						10 a.m. in the chapel of St. James Church. Burial will 
						be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Basking Ridge. Funeral 
						arrangements have been entrusted to the Kearns Funeral 
						Home, Whitehouse.

						family. Born in Weehawken, N.J., Mr. Morris was a 
						resident of Basking Ridge since 1962. He served in the 
						U.S. Naval Reserve and worked for the Port Authority of 
						New York and New Jersey for 48 years, retiring as chief 
						of aeronautical operations at Newark Liberty 
						International Airport. 
						
						He is survived by his wife of 35 
						years, Anna O'Dea Morris; his daughter, Margaret, of New 
						York City, and his son, John, of Flemington, N.J. In

						will have a viewing for dad on Monday from 6-9 pm at St. 
						James Church, 200 South Finley Road Basking Ridge, NJ.  
						Tuesday morning at 10 am will be the funeral mass at the 
						same church, followed by services at the cemetery at 
						Holy Cross, also in Basking Ridge.
						
						Please pass this information on as I am not certain I 
						have everyone's contact information.  Your 
						outpouring of kindness has been tremendous. Dad was such
