I regret to inform you that my father, Ludwig Wurzelmann passed away unexpectedly on November 30, 2009. Dear Enoch and Marcia,
Ludwig worked in the Soils and Foundations Division and in the Geotechnical Group of the Design Division.  I spoke to him several months ago.  He sounded happy and energetic.  He was a hard working intelligent human being who found enough time to obtain a Doctorate in Psychology while working full time.  All who knew him will miss him very much.
