Subject:   URGENT SAD NEWS

My brother in law, Joseph D. Reuter worked in the PA Engineering Department for many years from which he retired years ago. The wake and funeral will most likely take place in Massapequa-Seaford on Wednesday (Funeral on Thursday). Don't have details yet.

He was a most profoundly decent, humble and loving man with great faith.
