His friends at the Port Authority Trans Hudson Corporation were saddened to learn of the passing of Danny Phillipy, age 59, on Tuesday, July 8, 2008.

He is survived by his wife, Catherine, and sons, Shane and Kyle.  Mr. Phillipy joined the Port Authority Trans Hudson Corporation on May 22, 1972.  At the time of his death, Mr. Phillipy held the position of Structural Evaluator in the Way & Structures Division.

Friends will be received at A.K. Macagna Funeral Home, 495 Anderson Avenue, Cliffside Park, New Jersey from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm on Sunday, July 13, 2008.

Funeral services will be held at Our Lady of Grace Church, 400 Kamena Street, Fairview, New Jersey on Monday, July 14 at 10:30am.
