His friends at the Port Authority Trans Hudson Corporation were saddened to learn of the death of Spencer F. O'Donnell on Friday, January 18, 2008.  Mr. O'Donnell, who was 59 years old, is survived by his wife, Karen, son, William, and daughters Jennifer, Lori and Jamie.

Mr. O'Donnell joined the Port Authority Trans Hudson Corporation on November 21, 1969.  At the time of his death, he held the position of Communication Repairman II in the PATH Power, Signals & Communications Division.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, January 22, 2008.
