						Subject: Neil Lynch

It is with great sadness that I report that Neil Lynch
passed away last evening at the age of 81.

						For those of you who
don't remember Neil, he was our Deputy Director for
Rentals and Finance and had a long career within the
World Trade Department going back to the days of the NY
World's Fair, before taking over the leasing of the soon
to be constructed World Trade Center.  Neil was an
attorney and despite that flaw, was able to encourage
cooperation from virtually anyone using his wit and
charm.  He will be sadly missed.

Neil will be waked at the
Shooks Cedar Grove Funeral Home located at 486 Pompton
Ave (AKA Rte 23), in Cedar Grove NJ.  If you need
additional information, you may contact Shooks directly
at 973-239-1489.  Hours for tomorrow (Wednesday) evening
will be from 7 P.M. to 9 P.M. Thursday visitation will
						be from 2 P.M. to 4 P.M., and 7 P.M. to 9 P.M.

						A funeral Mass will be
conducted in Neil's honor on Friday morning at 10 A.M.
at Saint Catherine's Church located at the intersection
of Pompton Ave (Rte. 23) and Bradford Avenue.

						May God Bless Neil and
his wife Eileen, and may Neil rest in peace.
