BERARDO, DOMINICK of Jersey City, on Monday, July 21, 2008. He died Monday at Jersey City Medical Center. Born in Duronia, Italy, he moved to Jersey City in 1950. Beloved husband of 55 years to Clorinda "Olga" (nee DeSalvo). Devoted father of Silvana Berardo. Beloved son of the late Martino Berardo & Cristina (nee D'Amico). Dear brother of Marianna & the late Alessandro, Carmela, Giacinto & Angela.

Berardo was a trackman for PATH, Hoboken, after working for the Susquehanna Railroad Co. He retired in 1979 after working as a trackman for 29 years. He was a veteran of the Italian army. Dominick was an avid sportsman, hunter, fisherman, gardener and amateur beekeeper who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
