IN MEMORIAM
 
Her friends in the Port Authority were saddened to learn of the death of Frances Shaw-Grant on April 28, 2007.  Ms. Shaw-Grant, who was 55 years old, is survived by her son, Timothy. 

Ms. Shaw-Grant joined the Port Authority on November 19, 1981.  At the time of her death, she held the position of Administrative Secretary in the Construction Management Division of the Engineering Department. 

Friends will be received at the Bethel AME Church, 3 Waterworks Road, Freehold, N.J. on Monday, May 7, 2007 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

A funeral service will be held immediately afterward at the Bethel AME Church from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with interment following.
